I make things out of nothing, then build the systems that run them.

I co-founded START Warsaw, Poland’s fastest-growing student startup community. I recruited its first 41 builders and built the tools that run our hiring. More than 600 people applied to our two hackathons, so I know where Poland’s young tech talent is. I turned down a Goldman Sachs return offer to build my own things.

We started START Warsaw in February. By October it was the fastest-growing student startup community in Poland.

START Warsaw is Chapter #22 of the global START Network. We get ambitious students to act: we connect them with Warsaw’s founders, investors and companies, and cut the distance between an idea and a first version.

I co-lead strategy, growth, recruitment and the flagship events. For our first batch I was also acting Head of People, which is where the rest of this page starts.

I was acting Head of People for our first batch. I built our recruiting system in Notion and ran every stage of it, from the application form to the final decision.

02a · What broke, and what I fixed

01
What broke

Written scores lived on separate pages. To see where one applicant stood, you had to open three of them.

What I changed

Both reviewers now score on the applicant’s own row. Notion adds up the final score and shows whose review is still missing.

02
What broke

Interview feedback was loose notes, each reviewer used their own scale, and we only found out they disagreed in the final meeting.

What I changed

Every interviewer scores on the same scale and gives a Yes, Maybe or No. Notion flags when two reviewers disagree, so we discuss those first.

03
What broke

Dozens of applications each batch, a committee that changes every semester, and nobody sure who had to do what next.

What I changed

Each applicant has one status, and every board reads from it. Each reviewer opens a list of only their own tasks.

04
What broke

Reading every answer twice took up most of the committee’s time.

What I changed

An AI model connected to Notion gives each application a first score, with reasons and red flags. People still make every decision.

Recruitment system

START’s whole recruitment in one Notion system: form, two-reviewer scoring, interviews, decisions and onboarding.

Problem

Each batch brings dozens of applications, a student committee that changes every semester, and decisions that used to live in chat threads and people’s memory.

What I built

A Notion form writes each application into one database, one row per applicant. Reviewers score a weighted rubric on that row, and Notion calculates the final score. Interviews sit in a linked database that pulls the written score in through a rollup, normalises the interview scores and flags when reviewers disagree. One status drives every queue, funnel chart and the department allocation board. The workspace is connected to an LLM over MCP for a first-pass score with reasons; people decide.

START Warsaw Daily

A weekday startup-news digest in START’s Slack, collected, checked and posted by an agent.

Problem

Members want to follow startups in Poland and Europe, but the news is spread across nearly 40 outlets, Luma and programme pages. Nobody on the team has time to read them all every morning.

What I built

A scheduled agent reads eight news feeds for an exact time window, searches the other sources only when there’s a gap (say, no Polish funding round), pulls Warsaw events from Luma, and checks every item against its source. It posts one fixed-format message: top story, funding, ecosystem, events, a founder lesson, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays the deadlines to apply by. The links go in a thread. Sources, format, 25 founder lessons and the deadlines live in plain files anyone on the team can edit.

START Jobs

Every open role at Warsaw’s top startups, in one members-only board and a daily post in START’s Slack.

Problem

Our members want to work at the best startups in Warsaw, but those roles sit on 46 different careers pages across ten hiring systems. Nobody checks them all, so most people only hear about a role when it’s gone.

What I built

A curated list of 129 independent startups hiring in Warsaw, 68 of them with a job feed found and confirmed. Every hour a script reads the feeds, keeps the Warsaw and remote-in-Poland roles, and closes the ones that disappear. New roles go to #jobs once a day; all of them sit on a board at startwarsaw.org/jobs, behind Sign in with Slack, with level, team, sector and workplace filters and a link for every search.

START Jobs post in Slack: 16 new roles at three Warsaw startups, grouped by company, each with team and workplace
A daily #jobs post: new roles since the last digest, grouped by startup
START Jobs board: 364 open roles, with search, level buttons and filters for startup, sector, team and workplace
The board on 2 Nov: 364 open roles at 46 startups

Building with AI

App studioSeptember 2026 – now

I’m building a mobile app studio that runs on a pipeline, not on gut feel.

Most consumer apps fail, and a few win big. So the studio launches many small apps, reads the real user data, and puts its time into the few that pull. That only works if launching is cheap and repeatable.

So the thing I actually build is the pipeline. Every stage is a skill, agent or tool I wrote, with the checks I would otherwise do by hand. When a stage breaks, I fix the stage, not the app.

16
skills and agents in the pipeline
8
stages, from market signal to localised listing
8

The pipeline
01Find pain pointsResearch agent: picks subreddit pairs, mines complaintsEvidence-linked list of problems
02Watch the chartsApp Finder: reads App Store and Google Play top charts every day and sorts apps into categories, each one a signal for what to buildApps that are rising, winning one market or missing ours
03Score ideasScoring skill: rates every idea on seven fixed criteria, adds them into a total and a tier, and writes a confidence level, red flags and a one-line reason. Up to ~300 ideas a batchRanked shortlist worth a landing page and pre-order test
04Scope v1Scoping skill: takes one shortlisted idea and defines the smallest app worth shipping: the one core feature, what goes in v1 and what waits, and any deal-breakersv1 spec and a ship / hold / kill call
05Design & buildBuild workflow: user flow, onboarding, engineering stack, Figma templateWorking app
06CheckQA and store-readiness skills, against the review guidelinesEvidence for each release gate
07SubmitApp Store and Google Play submission skillsEvery console field filled, review risks flagged
08LocaliseASO skill: names, keywords, descriptions per marketListings for every storefront

  • Still: a screen from the app

  • Stint: a screen from the app

The first apps are deliberately small, to test the pipeline: a few are accepted on Google Play, with no downloads yet. In parallel I’m turning the internal tools into a SaaS suite for app developers.

    What I did

    • My main project focused on understanding and optimizing workflows around financial regulations - mapping existing processes, identifying friction and inefficiencies, and exploring how they could be improved.
    • I received a return offer after the internship, but decided not to pursue it and instead focus on more entrepreneurial, high-ownership opportunities where I could build, move faster, and have greater agency over the outcome.

I like rooms where I’m not the best yet.

I played semi-professional football in Poland’s top U17 league, finished my first marathon this year, studied in Warsaw and Singapore, and have been to 30 countries. I want to visit every country in the world. I usually start as the least experienced person in the room. That’s where I learn fastest.
